| TERMS OF BOOKING |
- All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of a £20.00 per person deposit
- We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract, we regret that no allowance can be made for meals not taken or premature departures for any reason.
- The balance of guests accounts must be settled on or before arrival
- Settlement may be: cash, credit card or personal cheque with guarantee card (allow seven days for cheque clearance)
- Please let us know if you are going to arrive later than
8pm otherwise the accommodation can be offered for re-letting
- We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance against cancellation
CANCELLATION

In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the
accommodation not be re-let, the guest is liable to pay the total cost as per reservation, no allowance for food and service. Deposits are not refundable and
cancellations must be
confirmed in writing seven days prior to check inn
